Booking & Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to secure all tattoo appointments at Fighters Ink Tattoo Studio.
Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the final tattoo price is required to confirm your booking.
• The deposit is deducted from the final tattoo price on the day of your appointment.
Rescheduling
• Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
• Rescheduled appointments must take place within 3 months of the original booking date.
• Deposits may be transferred to a new date once only.
Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows
• Deposits are forfeited if you:
• cancel within 48 hours of your appointment,
• fail to attend your appointment, or arrive significantly late, and the appointment cannot be completed.
Agreement
By paying a deposit or confirming an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Booking & Deposit Policy.
