These Terms & Conditions apply to all tattoo services provided by Fighters Ink Tattoo Studio.

Appointments and Deposits

• All tattoo appointments require a deposit as outlined in our Booking & Deposit Policy.

• Deposits are deducted from the final tattoo price.

• Deposits are non-refundable except as stated in the Booking & Deposit Policy.

Age Requirement

• You must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo.

• Valid photo identification may be required.

Health and Medical Responsibility

• It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, skin conditions, or medications prior to your appointment.

• Fighters Ink Tattoo Studio is not responsible for complications arising from undisclosed medical information.

Tattoo Outcome

• Tattoo results may vary depending on skin type, aftercare, and individual healing.

• Touch-ups may be offered at the studio’s discretion.

Aftercare

• Proper aftercare instructions will be provided. • Fighters Ink Tattoo Studio is not responsible for issues resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Right to Refuse Service

• Fighters Ink Tattoo Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for any reason, including inappropriate behaviour, intoxication, or failure to comply with studio policies.

Liability

• Fighters Ink Tattoo Studio is not liable for allergic reactions, infections, or complications that occur after the tattoo procedure, provided reasonable care and hygiene standards are followed.

Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.
