Important Booking & Deposit Policy Information

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all tattoo appointments at Fighters Ink Tattoo Studio.

This policy ensures our artists can dedicate the necessary time to prep your custom design and maintain our uncompromising standards of exquisite artistry.

Deposits & Payments

To confirm your session, we require a 25% deposit based on the final estimated price of your tattoo.

 * The deposit is deducted from the total cost on the day of your appointment.

 * International Payments: For your security and convenience, we accept deposits via PayPal and Stripe.

 * Major Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

 * In-Studio Payments: The remaining balance can be settled in the studio via Thai Baht (THB) Cash, Thai QR PromptPay, or Credit Card.

Note: International card transactions may be subject to a 5% processing fee depending on your provider.

Rescheduling & Flexibility

We understand that travel plans in Phuket can change. We offer flexibility while protecting our artists' schedules:

 * Notice Period: Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

 * Timeframe: Rescheduled appointments must take place within 3 months of the original booking date.

 * Transfer Limits: Deposits may be transferred to a new date once only. Failure to attend the second date will result in a forfeited deposit.

Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Because our studio operates on a dedicated time-slot basis, deposits are forfeited if you:

 * Cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

 * Fail to attend your appointment ("No-Show").

 * Arrive significantly late (90+ minutes) to the point where the appointment cannot be completed without affecting the next client.

Preparing For Your Session

To ensure your skin is in the best condition for a Bamboo Tattoo or Machine Piece, please follow these guidelines:

 * Skin Health: We cannot tattoo over sunburnt or severely damaged skin. Please protect your tattoo area from the Phuket sun in the days leading up to your booking.

 * Wellness: Ensure you have eaten a full meal and are well-hydrated. Avoid heavy alcohol consumption 24 hours prior to your session.

 * Consultation: If your design requires complex Khom script or specific Sak Yant placement, please ensure all details are finalized during the booking process.

Agreement

By paying a deposit or confirming an appointment via WhatsApp or email, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking & Deposit Policy. We look forward to creating something beautiful for you at our Karon Beach studio.
